Raffie made these custom earrings for me using grey akoya pearls for the studs and blue akoya baroque pearls for the detachable drops. These are so versatile. I can wear them without the drops as studs, or even as asymmetrical earrings with the drops on one side and studs on the other side. I can also wear the drops with my own white pearl stud earrings for more color contrast. The pearls have some surface imperfections that are barely noticeable and are therefore very affordable. The gorgeous baroque pearls are a lustrous blue grey color, with hints of pink and purple iridescence. Raffie made sure to use hypoallergenic metals for the earring posts and drops since I have very sensitive metal allergies, and I am able to wear these earrings with no sensitivity issues whatsoever. I have been wearing them almost daily since they can match any outfit.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pearl! I ordered the white pearl and it is gorgeous, with a smooth surface and shiny lustre. The stainless steel choker holds its shape well. This is a great everyday necklace.
This baroque pearl pendant is gorgeous, with beautiful lustre and orient. The enhancer bail makes it possible to wear with my own necklaces. I particularly like wearing this with an omega chain or together with a strand of white pearls.
