I finally got to open my package the other day after traveling out of town often. I love my necklace so much! It looks even better in person than online and has become the only one I want to reach for as a daily necklace. Raffie was amazing at communicating with me when I left a note about possible customizations. She was super helpful and kind! I needed my chain to be a little longer personally for me because I don’t like to wear anything too tight around my neck (18 inches isn’t, but I’m not use to it either). I ordered at an odd hour on June 14th, coming to the U.S. and going through customs ALWAYS will take unknown time, but it arrived to me in July 1st.
It was packaged beautifully with the most adorable pouch that I will reuse for other things. Please do not treat this like a cheap Amazon thing and get mad when it doesn’t arrive within 2 days. She has to make it, and it’s likely shipping from overseas (depending on where you’re ordering from. I’m in the U.S.). It’s beautiful and worth the wait. So plan ahead of it’s for some event or a gift.
