Shipping, Returns & Warranty

All of the jewerly are crafted from natural pearls/ stones, each being a unique creation, showcasing variations in shape and color that add to its individual charm. While we carefully handpick pearls exhibiting the best luster, it is important to note that natural imperfections are inherent to these gems. These unique characteristics are not flaws but rather a testament to the organic beauty and authenticity of baroque pearls. Please embrace these imperfections and allows the true essence of the pendant to shine, celebrating the natural artistry of each pearl. We hope you enjoy wearing them as much as we do making them.
Shipping Policy
Your orders will be dispached in 1~3 business days after we receive them. Delivery time may differ depending on where you live, but we use air transportation for all the packages, and in our experience normally the transportation will be completed in 10~18 business days. We can’t gurantee for the actural time duration though.
FREE standard shipping to US (North America)/EU/UK/most Asia Pacific countries/and more regions for orders over $79, or $6.9 standard shipment cost will be charged per order. For other areas where standard shipping doesn’t cover, or if you need to receive the package within 3-7 business days, we recommend you to choose express shipping, which costs ~$30, depending where you live. You can choose the shipping method and see the costs at the check-out.
Returns & Refund
We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your purchase for all products EXCEPT ear accessories due to hygiene reasons. Please contact service@raffiepearls.com to arrange the returns. The products must be returned in the original packging provided and in unworn and undamaged condition. You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, unless your item arrives damaged, in which case we will send you a $15 coupon to make up for your return shipping cost, and won’t charge you the shipping cost on our end.
Customized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their persalized nature so please keep in mind that when enquiring for a custom piece.
We are not responsible for lost/ missing packages so please make sure you provide the correct address and details. If you make a mistake on your order, email service@raffiepearls.com immediately and we’ll do our best to fix your oder if it hasn’t been shipped.
Warranty
We offer a life-time warranty that covers any craftsmanship defects. If you experience any issues with your jewelry related to our workmanship, we’ll gladly repair or replace it. Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include general wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care. You’ll be responsible for sending the jewelry back and the shipping costs, and costs of new pearls/metal components if needed. Other than that, no fee will be charged.
